We didn't think the grout in the kitchen was as clean as when it was cleaned before.

I totally embrace the products and cleaning methods you utilize, but when the price of estimated service rose by $240.00 dollars over the initial estimate (for 3 rooms!) because of 8 urine spots by a 10 lb dog it was excessive. I agreed to the price because we were preparing for a family memorial, but $440.00 for 1 1/2 hours of service....really? I will be more clear minded next time I make a decision about carpet cleaning

My husband first heard of Zerorez on radio 94.5 in Phoenix, AZ and liked the idea of your using clean, no-chemicals water. We first had our carpets cleaned a few years ago (2013) and were pleased with the job the techs did. We just had our carpets and couch and love seat cleaned this past Monday, 2/13/17 and again the techs were excellent and were very professional and thorough. We are so very pleased! Great job!!! We will be calling soon to have our tile cleaned as well. We absolutely recommend Zerorez to our friends and family. Thanks for a job well done!

Our Carpets have not looked this great for years - The procees does not use soap, no odor was present and the technician must have been trained with World Class Customer Service.

You have someone coming back out tomorrow - hopefully after that visit I can give a better rating. I was unhappy with the result - looks like my carpets weren't even cleaned. And the first thing the technician asked when he came in was to use the bathroom. He was polite about it but I felt it was very unprofessional.
