We wanted to have our tile cleaned but the grout was coming off in some places. The recommendation was to have it cleaned anyways and re-grout our entire house. We decided to pass on that. In general the experience was not what we had hopped for even with the carpet cleaning. It took almost 24 hours for the carpet to dry with fans running which made me feel like they could have extracted some of the additional water on the carpet. We elected to have the enzyme sprayed in the rooms and it honestly smelled like sulfur. I was not personally there to witness but my wife was and said we are not using them again it was not a good experience.
The carpet looks and feels clean and the technician was prompt and very courteous.

Service - John was my tech. He did an outstanding job. He was patient with me, as I asked questions and sought solutions to some of my carpet, stone and leather cleaning problems.
He spent the necessary time to do a great job cleaning carpets that had never professionally been clean before - He removed spots from our carpet that I thought would never come out.
Product - Whatever the magic is in the Zerorez water it is remarkable. Our whole house looks and smells clean like new. I wiped the walls down with the Zerorez water.. and I mean wiped - no scrubbing they look newly painted.
Always calling Zerorez for our carpet and floor cleaning needs.
THIS IS THE VERY FIRST TIME THAT A TECHNICIAN TOOK THE TIME TO BRUSH PRO EACH ROOM AND THEN CLEAN IT AND HE WAS SO GOOD MY CARPET LOOKS BRAND NEW I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE IN THE CARPET AND HOW IT LOOKED. THANK YOU LUIS FOR SUCH A GREAT JOB

We were not satisfied with the grout cleaning after the initial visit. The surface was fine but the grout remained dirty. I also had to miss work to have the follow-up cleaning. The second technician did an excellent job getting the grout close to the original state. Thank you for following through and making things right!

The tech was great. Very polite and even patient with me because I still needed to vacuum once he arrived. i also appreciated how knowledgable he was and how he explained what he would be doing and how they would treat the problem areas. My high traffic areas really cleaned up much better than I had anticipated. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and I would use them again and again.
