Everything! Kyle was great--on time, efficient, courteous and took care of the problem. My initial conversation was with Charles. He did a great job of setting up the appointment and explaining the process. He was very professional and refreshing. Everyone I dealt with was great!

The gentleman was very upfront about the issues I had with my carpet and laid the options out clearly. They were able to get the smells and stains out that I was concerned with and I couldn't be happier!
I was truly pleased with the initial look of the carpet. However, the claim that the cleaned areas would repel dirt/stains do not appear to be living up to that promise. Furthermore, I appreciate the ability to pay with a check; but, going forward, please make every effort to deposit and clear the check as soon as you can. (It took over a week.) Thanks for the opportunity to share.

The quality of the work and tech
Our carpets came out looking great and dried in under 8 hours. Jeff was a great and friendly tech and did an excellent thorough job.
The clean was good, but It was just too expensive. It was $240 to do a sectional?!? want to add steps to your clean? That's another $75. You get the idea.
So good at removing difficult spots.
My carpet was spot free and did not feel "crispy."
