From the appointment set up to the finished cleaning, we were treated with the utmost respect. The technician, Allison Cole was absolutely a joy to work with and we are amazed at the results. I never expected the carpet to get that clean, and the tile looks great! We will not use anyone else for our cleaning needs.

While the tech that came out to clean our carpet was very professional, arrived on time, and did everything else right, it seems that he rushed the actual cleaning of the carpet. I'm sure that you all use the very best equipment, but even so I can't see how it does a good job cleaning when the nozzles are traveling at what I think is a high rate of speed. He did get the one major stain out that we mentioned before he started, but a simple stain that my wife got our later with simple carpet cleaner was missed. I also found several pieces of small debris around the edges that I feel should have been picked up.

I was not impressed with the overall results of the cleaning.

There was a few spots of blue glitter glue left on my carpets.

Sandon was so wonderful! He was professional and curteous and was a very hard worker. My floors looked brand new when he was done and I was so surprised. He also up-sold me to get the grout done in an area and I am so glad he did! I would love to have him back out to clean again, when I need it. Several spots appeared after the carpet was cleaned (spots that were not there before the carpet was cleaned). We don't understand how that happens.

I don't remember the name of the technician who came to my house, but he was amazing. I felt like he really went out of his way to make sure all the stains in our carpet were totally gone. I watched him clean the carpet, and he went over various spots multiple times. He was very careful not to mess up our baseboards, walls, furniture, etc. I really appreciate that.

I also like the "machine" Zerorez uses to clean the carpet. I noticed that he design allows you to get as close to baseboards as possible -- unlike the equipment of the company I previously used.

I am absolutely in love with the fact that the technician and your company use non-chemicals to clean the carpets! This made moving into my new home extra safe because I have so many chemical related to allergies.

The special water that is used in the cleaning of carpet helps the floors cleaner and less likely to get dirty sooner.

I was very pleased with results. The tech, Robert took the time to recommend the best option for me because I had some pet urine issues due to a sick dog. After he was done, the carpets looked great and smelled amazing. Highly recommend Zerorez.

Satisfied that the carpets turned out clean. However, it's been 2 days since and the carpets are still a bit damp despite having fans running all day and night.
