Friendly employees. Prompt service. Clean carpet.
I requested a certain team and they were not sent out. As a matter of fact I didn't recieve a team at all. I just had one person come out. My carpert looked great but made it smell worst than it did before they got here.
Kevin was great and too time to explain the services. The result on the grout was better than I expected.
Work very well and the clean carpet seems to stay clean longer. Also no soapy film that makes carpet crunchy
Very friendly and good job
I am impressed with how clean the carpets look now. One thing I'm trying to figure out is if there are dirty streaks on the carpet or if it's just shadowing. I'm going to wait until we have vacuumed it a few times before responding but other than streaking, everything went very well. I wish we had appointments. I had thought it would be at a specific time -- I guess I didn't hear the words 'arrival window', or they weren't spoken. My arrival window was 11-1. Your tech didn't arrive until around 1:15. I was given a free room of cleaning which was nice, but I still would've liked to be done earlier.

Awesome ....very professional, got right to the cleaning , paid very close attention to detail - putting corner wall protectors, etc. Carpets turned out GREAT!
Arrived within time arranged, friendly staff, and got to work to clean the carpet and microfiber couch. Carpet took about 6 hours to dry and couch about 4 hours - very happy with results.

Don't ask someone to leave work early then callback to leave even earlier then to only wait almost 2 hours and could've not missed work. My boss couldn't careless if I spilled wine or not so I was lucky to be able to leave then still wait and not waste my time then my money. O defended the cleaner thought he was nice was unprofessional in his conversation but what beyond and I do mean beyond was the end all of everything was when I seen my toilet in MY bathroom with the seat up. Especially when every door was closed and forts had to have been opened to find the bathroom and was told a story by the guy saying that he'd done that before. I'm OCD not joking you can ask my dr and co-workers and to have a man a stranger use my personal bathroom for ANY reason one without asking two leaving the seat up. No man in this house uses my bathroom. And I'm disgusted feel violated and have a very strong social media following and will express this sentiment. And if he had asked I'd walked him to the guest bathroom downstairs. I'm extremely unhappy and at this point the lateness and the cleaning is nothing compared to this. I'm not happy at all. I'd hope you teach your techs professionalism especially in someone else's home. I'd even mentioned my OCD on numerous times throughout conversation. I can't express my disappointment. Also there was a 10. Charge for a hallway which no hallway was cleaned which id told the lady when id called in which she could've seemed to have not cared less about wasting my time so I'm assuming it happens quite a bit. This other craziness and violation of privacy and mental stresss was even discussed with a live person as I have not been able to speak to one. I will never use this company again for anything for any reason and will speak loudly as to why not.
There is a white residue spread in various areas throughout one of the rooms they cleaned in addition to white patches down the hall on the Saltillo tile, which was not even cleaned. The spent a lot of time in the master bedroom due to the carpet being much dirtier than the other two rooms. Also, there was an extraordinary amount of water down the hallway leading to the master bedroom, which wasn't even cleaned and that is where the additional white spots are located. I did just make an appointment for them to come back out on Monday from 2:00-4:00 to redo the room. However, since the room was done on Tuesday, 2/14, and wasn't thoroughly dried until today, we are still unable to move the furniture back in since we now have to wait until Monday for the next re-cleaning and wait another two days to move the furniture back in.
I really had heard good things about Zerorez but now have doubts about what I heard. Unfortunately, people are having to sleep on a couch due to no bed being available and now that 'couch-time' will be extended another week.
If there's anyway for the situation to be rectified prior to Monday that would be a good start towards being able to confidently recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
The entire job was completed after the guy saw that the traffic marks were not coming out. He finished the job without telling me or I would have never had him continue if I knew that the high traffic areas were not going to lighten up. It was almost worse after they were cleaned. I would have rather him be honest and not clean the carpets than be left with what I was left with
Everybody was very friendly knew what they were talking about and did an excellent job cleaning
Cannot give 10. Advertisements radio say dry in a few hours. Tech who was here said 8 hours. Some floors and stairwell still wet next morning 24 hours later. Overall professionalism good and carpets look nice.
the spray he put on to protect the carpet didn't protect this morning's coffee splash. Waste of money
My house looks and smells so much nicer now with the clean floors....I am amazed....
The carpet looks great, dries fast, and the serviceman is very polite and does a nice job. This is a good company to work with.

I have a problem with paying $162 for a 9x12 area rug when the entire rest of the house was $159.
I watched him clean the rug and if it took 5 minutes longer than any other section of carpet that size I would be surprised. To me that was a total rip off. $50 to $75 would have been a more fair price. I would possibly have you back for standard rooms but never to clean the area rug. Other than that the crew was polite and did a good job, but due to the above I would have a hard time recommending your outfit.

Zerorez did a fantastic job!! The customer service was exceptional and I highly recommend them.
The floor was cleaned up so well that we no longer have a dog pee smell that was over a year old.
