My service tech was amazing, he had a vast knowledge of your products and services and was very professional. He did an amazing job on our tile and grout!!! We will more than likely have him back to do our carpets in the near future. Our tech was Brandon Miller and he should be acknowledged on the outstanding job he did. He was very polite and very professional. I would definitely want him back for future services.

I was upset at the carpet cleaning. We had previously had you clean almost white carpets in our 2 story rental a few years back and the tech did an amazing job then. I wish i would have looked at the carpet before paying to ask questions. I had taken before pics just for comparison but the after pics weren't that much better. Disappointing this go round.
The tech that came was thoroughly knowledgeable and honest, lowering the price when he realized our area rug was not 8x10, but 5x8 instead. He also cared about how the carpet cleaning turned out...I appreciate that!

Your employee showed up several hours earlier than expected and we hadn't moved furniture. He helped to do that. He was very friendly and polite. He got right to work and even tried to get out a mystery stain.

I requested for the technician I had originally because he did a good job. He did a three step process by treating, scrubbing and then used the carpet machine to suck it all up. The carpets looked good. This time I honestly don't see much of a difference from before and after cleaning.

Make sure your equipment is functioning properly as I was left with extremely wet carpeting and had to use floor fans to dry it overnight.
