From the moment we scheduled an appointment to have our carpets cleaned, to the moment the technician left, the level of follow-up and professionalism was something we had never expected or have seen with any other service company. Being the second owners of our home, we believe the carpets are original from when the home was built over ten years ago and by the looks of them, they had never been cleaned. After the cleaning by Zerorez, they look absolutely amazing, and probably like they did when they were first installed. Thank You Zerorez, and don't change a thing about how you do business.
They work! My carpets stay cleaner longer. You recently did my sister's carpets (under my name). Her carpet was probably about 20 years old. There were stain issues, and your technician did an amazing job. He was cordial and helpful; an asset to your business. I love Zerorez!!
