Honest evaluation and capable problem solutions

Service was excellent but I was disappointed with the results. I had 2-3 soiled areas which did not come clean to my satisfaction, even after they went over the areas several times. The carpet is about 1 year old and I thought they should be able to get it cleaner than they were able to do.

Also, the person who scheduled my appointment did not give me a full price for the basic service. |This was not the fault of the people who showed up to clean the carpet. But in the interests of full disclosure, if there are additional fees etch, they should be disclosed on included with the quote.

The technician that came out to our house was very professional and informative. He was able to answer all of my questions that I had about the process and what makes Zerorez the right choice.

AMAZING!! I did not think they would be able to remove all stains in my carpet, however my carpet is now looking brand new without any harsh chemical smells. I will most definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone and be using them again in the future! THANK YOU!!

Overall, it was a really great experience. We had a room that had heavy traffic and a lot of spots and stains. Once it was worked on and they cleaned it it came looking so good. They were able to explain to us how it would work, what they were doing, and how the stains would come out. We were really happy the outcome and will definitely have them back out for other areas in our house.
