Honest about rates...using a flat rate instead of al the add ons
They were able to provide me with a 2 hour window and called me at the beginning of that window to let me know when they would be there. The whole process took just over an hour and I was very pleased with the results. The technician was very professional and friendly.
The technician, Randall, worked constantly, carefully, and hard, cleaning my carpets; they are SO much cleaner. He used the Brush Pro and I think my carpets are the cleanest and stand up higher than they have for a long time. I am very pleased. I will request Randall Phillips again :-)

Quality of rug cleaning is always very good with no wet rugs to worry about. No smell with the products used to clean the rugs, Service is done quickly and professionally.
