Good job.

I feel like our cleaning was rushed. A quick once over and that's it. We now have distinct clean lines where it appears the the vacuum overlapped. Those areas are visably lighter in color, and appear to look cleaner and brighter. We waited to see if it was an issue with still being wet, but the carpet is now completely dry and we have 3 distinct lines, clean lines, in our carpet. This highlights how the rest of our carpet could have looked if a little more time, effort, and or energy was taken. While our expectations were not high due to the condition of our carpet, I would not use zero res again, nor would I reccomend them to anyone. In fact, I would re commend friends, family, and co-workers to use someone else.

The service man went out of his way to make sure the spots were taken care of and the carpets clean. He was wonderful!

It does well to remove messes from carpet without leaving residue or smells.

I am sure it is cleaner but had hoped it would have looked better, meaning the nap.

The service and result was excellent. The customer service informed us of their arrival time and they were prompt and efficient. Dustyn was our technician and he was dressed very professional and he communicated with us the process and showed us the results of the job as he completed each room. It was a big job and Erich showed up to help and he was wonderful as well. They were both extremely hard workers and friendly. I like that they use a natural process with great results. I am using their water to clean everything in my house. I love that it has no chemicals and it works great. I was pessimistic but what a great product. My carpets and couch look great. There is no chemical smell or stiff hard carpets. My house smells fresh and clean. I would definitely highly recommend Zerorez!!!

I gave a description of the area I needed cleaned, 25 stairs an area about 20 feet and one master bedroom. come to find out there are only 16 stairs and 10 feet of hall way so the man cleaning the carpet made no adjustment to the bill for the work that was done. I paid for the estimated price of 217 which should have been 50 dollars less because of he 9 stairs less than the quote. I am very happy with the results but, it makes me wonder had I said 30 stairs would I be out another 100.00? not likely to use again and I will tell my friends estimate less than there is.

I find it interesting that you advertise quick drying time, took 8 hours also carpet was stiff to the touch maybe not crunchy also advertised no crunching carpet. After carpet dried I vacumed to soften fibers and got tons of dirt out of the carpet? Would think the extraction process would have pulled most of the dirt out instead of leaving it in the carpet. So really for the extra expense of your cleaning I think not worth it. I would get the same result with a steam cleaner for less money. I probably will not use you again though I did like the person who preformed the cleaning very friendly and professional!

Carpets turned out great and Tech was awesome too

The service tech, Gavin, was great. He was on time, informative, and respectful. I am completely pleased with his service. However, there were still dark areas in high traffic areas of the carpet, mainly on entry areas to the carpet. Gavin explained high traffic areas may still appear a little dark due to increased wear. When the carpet dried, a few areas still looked dark. The next morning before I moved furniture back, I vacuumed again. I collected more fiber, which I anticipated, but also a significant amount of dirt. I then took the empowered water cleaner that was left, as well as carpet cleaner I had on hand and attempted to clean the areas that still looked dirty. I was able to remove additional dirt (visible on the rag). I also removed a stain with a carpet cleaner I had on hand that the empowered water cleaner was not able to remove. Overall, my carpet looks much better, just a little disappointed with the dirt left behind.

I've used you guys multiple times in the past and this time the experience was horrible!! I will never look to use your sevices again or refer them to anyone else like I've done in the past.
