Timely and professional.
I know it is your company policy, but I think your people should move furniture as needed. I am not talking about big heavy pieces, but chairs and floor lamps, and smaller tables. Also, when my husband voiced his opinion @ the furniture moving, as he has a bad back, Steve got quite defensive. My husband had told him he had been in the business, and Steve told me he should have known better than use the spot remover on several urine stains from our dog. We will not have you back again.
I will be honest with you I am the Property Manager and I didn't see the home when it was completed. I am sure I would have heard from my Tenant if there was an issue.
Prices are a little high, compared to other quotes we got, but I was happy with the short amount of time it took for the 2 people to all the carpets, and they were both very friendly and professional.
Not only was your service easy to schedule, I appreciated the follow up to narrow down my service time, your guys showing up on time and them doing a great job. Both gentlemen were very well mannered and diligent and were in and out promptly upon completion.
We will definitely be having Zerorez clean our carpets in the future!

Zerorez delivers top notch professional service. The process of making an appointment is always quick and easy. The scheduler is friendly and efficient, explains the process and states that Zerorez will call two days before to confirm my appointment. And unlike other companies, they follow through on everything!!
The technicians are punctual and go about their work in a quick and thorough manner. They are always polite and explain the closing bill. Zerorez has a way of finding the right kind of people to work for them.
I had an experience with a company (not a carpet cleaning company) that their representative kept using the word "Dude" in most everything he said. What's with that!?! Thank you for providing articulate, well-mannered employees. Keep up the good work and I will always recommend your company.

Andrew was phenomenal! He paid very particular attention to a couple of grease spots from my recliner sofa when it had a mechanical breakdown. I had cream-colored carpet but now it is very WHITE again! All thanks to Andrew! Thanks ZEROREZ for keeping this guy happy with your company!

The carpet was wet and it took over 10 hours to dry. I wished you can come up with a solution that the carpets doesn't have to take so long to dry.

The service man was awesome! a 10 rating. The cleaning exceptional. Except for the one room where I knew i had a pet problem. I would give him a 10 for honesty and effort. But the pet urine odor is still there. it did decrease by 50% though. I think I need him to come back. If I didn't have pets, I would give you a 10 out of 10 rating all around. But once again, I was warned about the difficulties. The cost of using the pet odor remover would be more than it would cost to replace the carpet. If your prices were lower for the repeat treatment, I would try again.

my tile floor was looked like new and was dry when they left
