The guy who came here did an amazing job! Stains other cleaners had missed where gone! I couldn't be happier! I think his name wa Sam? But not sure anymore, but he worked quickly and did an incredible job.

You charge a lot more than what you quote
I am thrilled that you don't use chemicals or a large quantity of water. Your tech was very forthright with information and helped me explained the process and things to expect. Kyle was a very adapt tech with a pleasant personality. :)

This is my second experience with Zerorez, the first was better than this one. I think the tech rushed through our job, maybe had a busy schedule. We expected better results, our carpet is in excellent condition, we have no kids here and no pets now. After the tech left, we thought the carpet was still pretty dirty in one bedroom. We took our inexpensive carpet cleaner, filled the tank with clean water, and went to work on the carpet. We sucked up pure black water from the carpet, showing he did a poor job. The tech did a quick swipe over our carpet, he could have spent more time and could have done a much better job. Don't know if I will use Zerorez again.

The carpets didn't look as good when they dried. Could still see the path of tracked in
Dirt. But Nichole was as nice as could be, I'd give her a raise!!
Carpets are always cleaner, drying time is just a few hours and technician is very thorough.
