First impression was Andrew. He was clean-cut in every way, presented professionally and friendly, knew your products and responded with recommendations as we explained our concerns. It's obvious he believes in Zerorez totally.
Secondly, he took a quick look at the rooms we wanted done, and showed us how your products worked on our carpets BEFORE he cleaned them.
He did a beautiful, thorough job on our carpets, paying special attention to problem areas. Your bought the kit, and your products work!

Had zerorez come clean my apt carpets. The tech brandon thought my stuffed animal was a real life dog. He put in the comments thats I had a dog in my apt which I didn't and it created problems because my complex thought I had a dog in the apt. Tried to get zerorez to fix the problem but they wanted no part in it. Even the district manager said no. I offered for the tech to come back out too look at what he thought was a dog but they said no. I'll never ever recommend zerorez to anyone. EVER!

Exceptional staff. The workers that came to help us with our move were truly remarkable, friendly, and made all easy for our family. Moves can be so hectic and stressful but these particular three staff members made it seem so seamless. ZEROREZ should be extremely happy about have such professional and amazing staff members!
