Carpet looks great and feels nice. There is no stiffness to the carpet that I have experienced with other cleaners.
Tile cleaning was incredible
I especially like my carpets cleaned with no soap or chemicals that harm me or my family.
I know this high PH water extracts dirt and oil better than any other method of cleaning.
Also, the service people are very kind and diligent in doing a great job. I received good service
with scheduling and Steve was on time and very willing to make me a happy customer.

My carpet was not very dirty to start with but now that it's dried I see the small stains still there also the lines made by the machine are hard to remove.
The quickness of drying time. Also the non chemical based solution used to clean carpets.

Punctual with appointment. Service is the best. Once a year I contact Zerorez to have them come out and clean the entire house where there is carpet. Robert, the tech that came out did a GREAT job, he kept asking if all was done well. Very pleased with Zerorez's entire staff.
Customer service has been great. After my first treatment, I felt there were some high-traffic and pet areas that didn't quite get clean. The tech who came out the second time used a different attachment that really pulled the pet hair out and grime of the carpet and it looks much better now. Also, after the first treatment, the house smelled like "wet dog" for a couple days. After the second treatment, it smells fresh and I'm very please. I'm still not sure what went wrong the first time, but I'm happy that zerorez rectified the issue and recleaned the areas of concern at no additional charge.
The stains always come out of the carpets and the workers never rush and are very thorough. We have been a customer for many years and have always been more than satisfied by the hard working, extremely polite men that have always come to our house. I feel terrible that I never have done a survey in the past years but please give all the past and present workers that have served us all 10 marks- excellent! Your company is higher in price but as long as you keep your staff of workers then we will be loyal customers. For the 2 men that cleaned for us on Monday, they were so wonderful that I wanted to tip them but they refused the money due to your company policy. I would give your company a negative mark on that policy, these men are go above and beyond and are always so polite- something you don't find anymore and if a customer wants to give something extra, then by all means they should be able to accept with a smile!
