Steve was very professional and did a great job on our extremely in need of cleaning carpets! This has been the best results to carpet cleaning that we ever have had. The carpets are soft and look great. Definitely will use your service again.
I thought zerorez mean there is no water involved. And when the technician came around noon, he did the job ok but the drying took too long. And some of the stains on the stairs and certain area were not clean. The technician said that he could not do anything about it.

I hear your advertisements on the radio and how wonderful you are and how your reasonably priced and such....well that was not my experience this time. I did use you once about a year or 2 ago to do all our carpets and it was a good experience. Same house again, 3500 sq feet of carpet and tile, have of both extremely lightly used and not really needing to be cleaned, but since we are selling the house we were going to have it all cleaned. The gentleman came over and quoted us $750 to do it all. I then asked him how long it would take him and he said about 3 hours and that it was a lot of hard work. What a rip off, I will never call you guys again and will not recommend you nor tell anyone to use you if I hear they are planning to. Oh and yep and I asked him about cleaning the couch and he said $275....this is a home in Fire side that is immaculate, got cleaned and vacuumed all the time, no pets....I guess you guys charge a ton more to people selling their homes....Good luck to you!!!

I love that the carpets don't have any funky odor like a lot of other carpet cleaners leave they just smell fresh!!! Great service friendly knowledgeable fair price.
Regardless of the product, I really appreciate that zerorez educated me on everything, including the possibility of stains not fully coming out. The technician let me know that customer satisfaction is priority and do not want to accept Payment if I feel my needs will not met. To me, that's better than lifting my stains! With that said, my carpets look amazing and I'm totally satisfied!
