Very well mannered gentlemen that came to clean my carpets

I always hear the ads from the radio, specifically talking about pet odors and stains (John Jay and Rich Show). I was instructed that the stains and smells would not be guaranteed for removal. I do understand the phone quote can change, but all the sudden I had a $280 quote that went to over $800. We paid $663, which was discounted, but I was not prepared to pay such a high price when you advertise $129 for 3 rooms. I felt like I was scammed, I would not recommend your company.
The man that came and cleaned our carpet was professional and did not try to over sell us to up the quoted price. The cleaning came out great and we are very pleased with our clean carpets.
I felt the pricing was reasonable. The technician was friendly and the results were very good.

fast and no smell
The carpet area in the bathroom primarily in front of the toilet did not appear any cleaner after your service. The carpet was not soft as I would have expected after vacuuming. I heard extraordinary raves on the John Jay & Rich radio program; especially with John Jay having so many dogs. I have two indoor cats and no pet stains and was extremely disappointed. Your technician was very nice and pleasant.

Nicole did an absolutely fantastic job on cleaning the carpets and tile in the house. She was focused and persistent in doing an excellent job and making sure I was satisfied with the end result. I am. If you hand out weekly great job bonuses, make sure she gets one for the work she did on my place. I have already recommended your companies services to a couple of people.

Carpets stay clean longer. Can't wait to try the "water" I bought for touchups on carpet, upholstery and windows. The service was super.

Love the fact that there's no chemicals that will make my pets ill; the carpets look great even though they're older and beginning to be worn; Luis, the tech was great, explained everything he was doing and made sure it all met with my approval before leaving.

Our tech that came out was great and did well cleaning the carpet. However, everything else about our experience was HORRIBLE!! I got the call on Thursday just before 4 to set the arrival window for Saturday. I called back within an hour and spoke to representive who told me our window for arrival was 8am -10am. Saturday comes we wake up early to get the house ready and wait and wait. After 11 I called and spoke to Charles who informed that no my window was 2-4 and that I never called back on Thursday. Which was not true. He told us we would get a room for free and that he will make a note that the tech should come to our house at the start of the window because we had to be somewhere by 5:30. Again I wasted the whole day waiting and by 4 no one had showed up. I called again and the girl I spoke to insisted that my window was never 2-4 but 4-6 and the tech will be there at in 20 minutes. After a few minutes of her doing absolutely nothing to help she finds the note on my account stating that my window was 2-4. It would of been great if I was told about all the changes instead of wasting my whole day!!! Just like your lovely recording says you won't do. The tech arrived on time according to when a second person called to tell me he was coming (I guess your departments don't communicate with each other). I spoke to the tech and there was no note on the account about the discount. He gave it anyways. Other than the tech everything else was the worse experience ever the customer services was horrible and everyone I spoke to kept trying to pass the blame off to me or pretended that I was lying about what I was told.
Technician was friendly and explained add on treatment for pet marks as I had little to known. My concern was soiled traffic areas at main doorways to bedrooms. They look better but the areas still look dirty with some spots still. The tech spent a total of 35min to clean 3 rooms and he did get a small wax spill up completely.
