The service was excellent, the person I talked to at the office was very pleasant and the technician was respectful and efficient. Excellent company and employees.
Victor was very knowledgeable, kind and diligent in his work. He did a great job. I was amazed at how often he up-sold various zerorez products and services... he wasn't pushy, but if this is part of how every zerorez tech interacts with clients, I would not recommend the service to others. No one should be subjected to that quantity of up-selling. Zerorez needs to do nothing to make things right for me.
The service was wonderful and Joseph who was the person doing the work was professional and very informative. If I use your service in the future, I would like to request Joseph be the Rep who shows up.

Your employees are awesome. From first making the appointment, to the service worker, in this case, Sandon, did an awesome job cleaning the 3 piece couch and carpets. Always leaves the room smelling fresh and clean. And best of all, the carpets are always soft to the touch after they dry. I will continue to use Zerorez for my carpets and furniture. And continue to recommend Zerorez to my friends.

They were prompt and only charged the rate they quoted. The carpets look great and the rep worked really hard to get a few spots out of the carpet.

Tech was very friendly and informative! He made sure to experience lain everything and made sure we were satisfied with each room before he moved to the next. He seemed to really enjoy his job which made the experience seem less and great.
Was very easy to schedule, the tech was friendly, and the results are great. Our grout wasn't very dirty to begin with but now it looks like new!
