Scheduling could be improved. Our window was 3-5pm. Our tech arrived at 6pm and finished the job around 10pm. Long night. Also, an irreplaceable souvenir was broken during the service. It was totally an accident but it still happened. The tech was nice about the situation. Despite all of the above, we are extremely pleased with the results of the cleaning.

I have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning before and was very happy with the results. This time I was getting my tile/grout cleaned in kitchen, family room, living room, entry way, bathroom, laundry room.

After the cleaning was done (and still wet) my 24 year old son and I went out for the afternoon and dinner. When we came home about 4 hours later, I noticed several areas that were missed and grout was still gray (instead of saltillo color). I also noticed many places where the grout had a white layer on it. There were also places where the floor was sticky and other places where it was crunchy (crystal like). Then my son was walking around without his shoes (barefoot) and it left footprints on the tile wherever he walked. (His feet were clean).

So I am not sure if this is what was supposed to happen, but it was not what I expected.

You do a perfect job EVERYTIME !!!!!! We were EXCEPTIONALLY SATISFIED with SAM!! He did an amazing job and WE WILL DEFINATELY request him in the future !!!! If I were you I would make SURE he stays with your company !!!! He is a very hard worker, friendly, respectful young man !!!!

After Zerorez, my tile, grout and carpet truly looked new again. My only regret was not calling sooner! Customer service seems to be a priority in your company. Fabulous expert!!

It's been more than 24 hours and the carpet is still damp in places. And even though the tech did the pet treatment the house smells like wet dog. The tech was good and did a good job I'm just thinking that perhaps your 'special' water isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Everything! Brian was courteous, informative and professional! I was so impressed with him that I offer a tip and he refused!He commented that the company doesn't allow tips! We believe that tips are a very good thing! If no tips please give him kudos! I do wish the company allowed yard sign! We have a lot of street traffic and we are very proud of the Zerorez service! We'd be happy to brag!
