the feel of the carpet afterwards & it dries fast
There are some stains that re appeared after the cleaning. One of the urine spots still has an odor. This is the second time I have had the carpet cleaned since we have lived here. The first time was much cheaper but the chemicals were over powering. The carpet looked great that time. Pet stains removed and smell gone. If you couldn't get rid of it the first time I don't think there is anything you can do. I will have to go back to the company with the strong chemicals.
Tech was very friendly and arrivedon time. My carpets look amazing considering how stained one of the rooms was.

The guys were GREAT! I did Noticed after the carpet was cleaned in the guest room that some black stuff came up only in one area on the carpet when we checked the next day.
they were quick and informative about the service and what they were doing. I like the fact that it dries relatively quickly.
Well I'm a little neutral on this. My service man that came out was very helpful. He saw that we had dogs and they were some urine stains in your carpet. He quoted me $283 to really treat the spots and really get everything out. He later came in and asked if he could pull the carpet up he's wanted to check out the pad underneath the carpet. And saw that our pad was lying and that the urine stains didn't penetrate all the way through. Which I was very grateful. So I didn't have to pay the $283. So he went through with his normal routine cleaning which is what he mentioned I needed only. After he was done, we inspection the carpet. It looked clean and everything. I waited for the carpet to dry but I noticed that just my rooms didn't smell fresh. And the urine smells were still there. So, although I was happy that he took the time to inspect my pad and made the carpets look really clean, I was dissatisfied that the carpets Just didn't smell fresh and the urine smells were still there.

False advertising. Your commercial says the drying time is about an hour and if still took 7 hours to dry to the touch and overnight to dry completely. My carpets still have the same smell they had before I got them cleaned and all the spots are still there.

The cleaners did a very nice job. No fault that way. I was however disappointed that there was an immediate $100.00 add on charge after using a black light on the carpet. Apparently there were urine strains from a previous pet. One of the reasons we wanted the carpets cleaned after we moved in. You could not see them with the naked eye, but they were obvious with the black light. I guess I would have thought if you were cleaning carpets there would not be an additional $100 charge to well, clean the carpets on top of the quoted 3 rooms for $133.00. Our total quickly came to nearly double the advertised price.
John and Nicole were courteous, and did a great job on our rooms. I was disappointed that your payment software on Nicoles phone didn't allow me to give them a better tip than the $3 cash that I had on me. I'll be better prepared next time when I use your services again. Thx. First name removed
