Zerorez was "hired" to clean my grout and tile floors. The two very polite young men, who represented your company professionally, did a fine job. However the disappointment was in the "upsale" I fell for. The estimate I had been given was $282. In conversation it was learned I was having the carpets cleaned the following day, and I was convinced that your company could do the carpet cleaning while they were in my home. As I could observe, the grout and tile were being cleaned to my satisfaction so I assumed your carpet cleaning ability would be equally good. WRONG. I have a very small guest bedroom which is infrequently used, therefore carpet barely soiled. The few soiled spots were cleaned well. Master bedroom had and still has a soiled traffic pattern. It was not satisfactory when I first saw it, but I thought it would look better when it dried. WRONG again! The other areas of carpet in the room looked good as they had no spots nor stains. I was SOLD a container of you magic mixture which is being analyzed by my daughter who has her PhD in chemistry from a well known midwestern university. I expect her conclusion will be the same as mine! but I as of yet do not have her report. $50+ down the drain. For the above I paid a total of $653.76! Was I duped, taken advantage of, or just stupid. I would like for this to be worked out by us vs. Small Claims Court.
I had to call you office twice before I got a receipt for what I had paid. Of course that should have been given to me at the time the services were rendered. Therefore, my grade of 0 for "Not likely to recommend Zerorez" was not given lightly. I appreciate a response. Thank you.

Ground wasn't cleaned very well.
There is no residue left so carpet stays clean longer.
Wow! My technician went way above and beyond to provide a fabulous service!! He was able to get out a stain no other company has been able to. He arrived on time and communicated clearly. I will definitely use zerorez again!
