The technitian was on time(actually early) and friendly. He took care of our carpets without much issue. Spent some extra time in a heavily trafficked area to ensure it was sanitized and clean.
Dustin did an amazing job cleaning and restoring all of the floors in our home (tile and carpet) to their beautiful original condition. We are thrilled with the outcome and plan to do this on a regular basis. Knowing that our home is deeply clean (without harsh chemicals) is such a comfort.

That the service associate was eager to please and believed in the tenet "that the customer is always right". We presented him with a carpet that is over 10 years old and he did everything he could to make it look as good as possible; as we as explaining what could and could not be done with courtesy. We have already recommended Zerorez in Gilbert, twice!

The carpets, upholstery & tile cleaning were absolutely superb & it was all dry the next AM. Kyle Kahl, the person that did this wonderful cleaning was a hard worker & very polite. He went out of his way to do a superior job in the shortest amount of time.
