Jared was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He removed two large stains and got the carpet cleaner than it has been in years. There is still some shadows, but after 17 years of numerous parties, hundreds of children, dogs, cats, and whatever we track in from the rest of the world, it looks so much better than it did before he arrived. Jeff was super nice, laid back n just awesome! But we feel being a new customer we should have received a free bottle of water spray instead of him trying to sell us an $8 bottle, after we just spent $700.
