The edges of the tile were wet and smeared and had to mop most of the floor the next day. The tech could mop the edges and excess water from the tubes in the halls.

Very pleased with the outcome of my carpets. I liked the fact of no heavy smell of chemicals also. Service tech was knowledgeable and courteous.
Carpet has dark spots everywhere. Some stains still remain, but was not told they need any additional treatment at time if cleaning. Overall disappointed.

The last time you guys did our carpets he did a really good job. This time I wasn't to happy I realize there was a soda stain I just felt the last time was a lot worse than this time the spots already came up by that evening and no one was home all day so it could dry. I would still recommend zerorez and still continue to have you fo my carpet. Just wasn't to happy ''tis time upstairs was great. Thank you,

Technicians are professional and careful around furniture and doorways. Zerorez doesn't use chemicals and the carpets are never stiff after drying.
Dispatch could be more forthright about windows of arrival and show some knowledge of why tech is two hours beyond arrival window.
3rd time using you & recommended to a friend who was extremely happy with the service!!!
