My carpet is only one year old. My carpet is a premium carpet. There are only three people living in my house, and I don't have any pets. I vacuum 2x a week. I expected the carpets to come out way cleaner than what they did.

I felt to keep my expensive carpet looking real nice, I would pay for a more expensive service, but I definately didn't see a better result.

Better pretreatment

I was very suprised how much of the stains your products were able to take off. My carpets were full of grease tracks. It was amazing.

Natural and safe for our pet and usually gets out all stains and odors with little drying time. we paid for extra services to get out pet odor and every room looks and smells great except for one.

The carpet seemed to dry quickly. Carpet isn't stiff.

Person arrived too early. They left a voicemail to say they would be early but I didn't check it in time. I let them work early anyway. But I think the person worked too fast and maybe didn't care to much about trying to press the steamer down hard enough or to move the machine slower. I don't know. It just seemed like he was too fast and the carpet had looked nicer when other staff came and took their time.

Fair price, professional employees, product cleans well

Although my carpet was very dirty including pet stains,the gentleman who cleaned it did an excellent job took out the stains and the smell was gone too. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned and without residue.
