Come back out to read clean my carpets. Did a horrible job. Not satisfied at all. If I run my vacuum over the next day there should be no dust or hair left over. Not happy at all. Plz contact me back.

The service was done very efficiently so I could get on with my day off, and the tiles and grout look wonderful.

The gentleman was very professional and did an amazing job. My carpet was pretty bad and now looks amazing.

Maybe st of it appears to be clean but the landing at the top of the stairs is not. I tried to clean it up with my spot bot which looks a little better but it's not right. At least the landing should be redone. Makes me wonder if I will find other spots!

I liked the service and the tech was knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything. However, I paid over 500 for service of 3 rooms and the pet pee smell that I had paid extra four was back just as strong within 24 hours. I am not sure how to improve this and I just wish if I had paid so much it would have been more effective.

Jeff your technician couldn't be more conscientious. Also, zero Rez is the only carpet cleaning service I will ever use due to the pet safety aspect. I am always so happy with the results. Very clean & fresh smelling results. Thank you!

How professional and courteous everyone was

Efficient,timely, very professional and good results. Was skeptical of a cleaning process without soap and chemicals, and was pleasantly surprised. The overall appearance is the nicest appearance and much softer feel than any prior cleaning. The carpet is original and 20 years old, so it's nice to get another couple years of life out if it.

My appointment was for 4-6pm. I received a call at 3:00 to tell me he was 5 minutes away. I explained that I was at the hospital with my father who was having chemo and that I would not be home until 4 which is why I set the appointment for 4:00. She told me that she would contact the driver and tell him not to come until 4:00. Next thing I know, my daughter is calling me frantic that the cleaner was there. Im sure some people love when you guys are early but I specifically made the appointment for when I would be home. I ended up having to leave my dads chemo to go let the carpet cleaner in. I was not completely ready for him. Also, I only pointed one stain I was concerned about where the dogs were licking and that stain is still there???
