Very good service
I like that there aren't harsh chemicals because I have two young kids and a dog.

AMAZING!!! I was floored to see how clean the carpets were after being cleaned by Zerorez. I was planning on having the carpets replaced and thought, "For the price I might as well try to get them clean."

Everything looks great; the technician took his time to make sure that he had the right product for the fabric; he explained everything in detail; did not disrupt the house; when done he left the house as clean or cleaner than when he arrived; he was very polite and courteous. I have already recommended Zerorez and Gavin to my friends.

Our technician Trey Roberts was very professional and went above and beyond to clean my one room that our pet had soiled.

The work was done professionally. The person came on time, explained the process and did the work.
The appointment was to clean carpet and travertine tile. Immediately upsold on sealant etc for tile. Tech lamented that he has a big day of tile. Way more work than carpet. He was pleasant but very slow. Had an area of candle wax in carpeting. Asked if he had temp high enough. Said he wasn't sure how to get it out but temp on his truck was only 120 and normally zerorez was much hotter around 200. After working in the kitchen he said the tile had been top coated and he called his supervisor. He then declared that he was stopping and I could talk to a woman in the phone for a $60 credit for the next time they came out. Main part of living area, dining and bathroom not cleaned. Still charged me $470 for less than 700 square feet. Not happy. I have a mess now and will wait four weeks on my tile installer to come out. If you really only want to do carpet, then be straight up. This was not only a waste of time and money, it was a huge disappointment. Surely you can spot test to examine tile to know if you are qualified to do the job at hand.

Carpet is a bit crunchy in certain spots unlike our first time with you guys.
Not your fault but I had you out to get a smell out of a carpet in a house I just bought. The smell was worse after. So now not only am I replacing carpet but I paid 180 dollars to clean carpets in the trash. So I can't give good feedback but I wouldn't so it was your fault.
