I feel the tech did not sray enough water and use the (rake) as much as needed. The next morning you could see large dirt spots spotted
through out. he was nice enough but the job could have been better.

I had my carpets cleaned a couple of months ago and thought my tech did a great job. His name was Brian. He was super friendly and very professional. I spoke with him about doing the rest of my rooms along with having the tile cleaned. I asked if I could request him and he said yes. When I called last week to schedule an spot and request Brian the man with the gravelly voice said, "we don't do that". I told him I was told I could request my tech but he didn't even listen. The day of my scheduled service they called and said some other tech was coming because Brian wasn't working that day. I mentioned that I had originally said I would change my day to a day he would b available. No one cared. That is terrible customer service got a repeat customer.
Hi, the tech Trey was great. My problem is with the price. Somehow it got up to over $250. When I went on your website, you advertise 3 rooms for $129. When I placed my order and booked the appt, it was quoted at $170 or so, for stairs, a hall, and 2 rooms.
Trey did the living room, a hall, a staircase, and a landing and small loft room. My living room is not very big. I feel like your pricing is a bait and switch as far as pricing. When he quoted me before the work started it is an awkward position to be put in on the spot. I just don't know how my job was so much. If you can get 3 rooms for $129, and I had two, wouldn't the hall be smaller than a room in price??

I have used you many times but this time the carpets did not come as clean as in the past. Noticed spots coming out as it dried. Maybe it wasn't pretreated well?? Friendly technician. Time as promised.

I really like the idea of little or no chemicals and there's no "perfumy" smelling carpet afterwards. Oh, and the carpet is all fluffed up when you get done with it.

Carpet and tile has never looked cleaner
Awful is all I can say with no professional showing from the first time I spoke with dispatch. Tech was a very nice person but should not follow another car in to a gated a gated community. I was waiting for him at the gate in my golf cart but he blew right past me and tailed another car in before gate could close. Dispatch did not tell him that I would meet him at the gate. It goes on and on but it does not matter.
First off, I didn't even think they were going to be able to get my tile and grout clean since my floor is such a light color. James did such an amazing job and my floors look brand new again. I'm still shocked at how good they look!!! I will absolutely use Zerorez in the future and tell everyone I know to use them too.
