Can tell where the carpet was sprayed with cleaner and where it was not.
This was my first time using zero Rez for my countertops and kitchen tile. I expected to be amazed and for the job to live up to the hype as I've heard on the radio. I spent nearly $200.00 of my babysitting money as a stay athome mom that is a lot and out tile was still dirty and looked untouched in spots. The boy who serviced our home was the sweetest but I expected more of the job and was not impressed
My counters and carpets look great and feel great too.
Everything was done extremely professionally. Scheduling was quick and easy. The Tech was helpful and did a great job on my floors and Upholstery. It all looks like new. I would recommend zerorez to anyone who wants the job done right. Love the products nothing bothered me or my pets and I have extra for any small soils that may happen.

Your technicians are extremely courteous and polite. They are very knowledgeable and they actually appear to like their work. They were very neat and very considerate of their surroundings. I like the fact that the products used to clean our tiles, grout and carpets were not very abrasive yet the finished product was outstanding. This was the first time we used Zerorez but believe me it won't be the last. From the office staff to the technicians this has been a memorable 2 day experience. Thank you Zerorez

The products contain no harsh chemicals and still clean and refresh as promised. My tile had not been professionally cleaned since installed when the house was built in 1993. We thought we were using a good PH product, but after your technician cleaned it, I couldn't believe how good it looked - almost as good as when it was new! Your technicians are always polite and friendly and explain how the process works. Thank you

When I made appt we talked about options but that I could remove them after speaking to husband. Tech that arrived to clean carpet went over prices he said two rooms wereserved considered as two rooms which idk how they are full of furniture so he wasn't cleaning those areas. Rip off I think.he kept pushing things to add even after I told him I just wanted special for 3 rooms. I just pick the 3 that met your requirements. Over 200 later I still had to point out spots that he said didn't come out but when I rubed my finger on area it clearly came off, it was black spot like crayon and my finger nail removed it how he missed it idk.he made feel like he wasn't happy to do clea Ning as if he was on commission and didn't make a big . I just want 3 room special. If it didn't feel committed at that point I would of just told him forget don't clean my rugs.
There was no chemical smell on the carpet or throughout the house and the carpet came out looking very clean and even softer to the touch. The technician was knowledgeable and did a great job all around. Definitely will use your service again.
