What our clients think of us!

This is the second or third time that we've used you. We have really been impressed with the technician that did the work and everything both times. The technician was on time and worked in a professional manner.

Professional, timely, nice job.

It was quick and easy Your service person was polite and professional. Your appointment maker(s) seem to enjoy working there...great attitude.

Very clean and no after job clean up by the home owner.

Zerorez carpet cleaning service is excellent, especially since we are living in a townhome rental with carpet that old and wearing out. Your cleaning system brings the carpet back to life. The representative who cleaned the carpet was so professional and went above and beyond. We really appreciated his work.

Your person cleaning was prompt, cordial and did a good job!

I appreciated how professional the gentlemen were who completed the work. They thoroughly explained the process and everything was done exactly as they described. The work was done quickly and my floors are beautiful! I will definitely use Zerorez for all of our tile/carpet cleaning needs. Thank you!

They did exactly what they said they would in a friendly manner.

We have never been disappointed with your service.

Excellent service from scheduling the appointment to the actual cleaning. Well done.

I am SO IMPRESSED with the job done in my home. The men that came and cleaned were extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. They cleaned areas and made them look new that I deemed hopeless. Thank you for making me smile every time I walk into my home now. I am a FOREVER Zerorez customer.

Still have stains. I would have expected any untreatable spots to have been pointed out.

Fast and effective, very happy with the results! Will definitely use them again in the future.

No chemicals! Fast and very effective! Our tech was extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole process and how it works! Will be using again for the future. Already have referred to family members.

You get our carpets really clean without using soap and chemicals. The empowered water is really great.

My kitchen needs more work did not get clean
But the technician was very nice hardworking
I am going to have to get that area cleaned again

You technicians were great! Always going above and beyond! They even tried to help me catch mouse in my house that day LOL :)

The technician was very professional and did a thorough job. The price was also the same as what wad quoted.

I want to put 10 but after our cleaning we started to see stains reappear. I sent you guys an email with my issues with pictures but nobody ever got back with me to see if this could be corrected.

The technicians Joe and Nick were top notch!
The tile and carpet look incredible!
I will be letting all my co-workers know about Zerorez.

I was expecting to see a little more time put into cleaning the carpets honestly a little slower pace to really get into the carpet
I used to walk around in socks in my carpet and they would get dirty that's why I called you guys recommended from John jay and rich but am still getting the same thing when I walk around in them Not as dirty but still getting them dirty he did a good job on my tile though :)

I like the idea of no residue. Your agents - Joe on August 24 and ? on August 30 - were both professional, courteous, and hard working.

You exceeded my expectations with your great service and reasonable price. I will be a return customer.

Love it! I recommend to EVERYONE!

Fumes from grout sealer were overwhelming from aerosol and we were not given a heads up first. Grout was not dry before it was sealed. Grout does not look clean at all.
