Tech was very nice and helpful
We had 2 fresh spills on the carpet from the evening before (choc milk) and I told the gentleman who cleaned my carpets about them and those are the only spots that are still there. Being that the spots in question were so fresh I would have assumed that it would have easily been removed.

Carpet in some areas did not look like it was even cleaned. I had Zerorez in Colorado do some work and the carpet came out looking new. This job looks like it was not even cleaned. All my high traffic areas still look untouched.

Skylar was great at saving me money, but needs a little more attention to detail mop up. I had water spots that I had to clean up my self.
We have been hesitant about returning our questionnaire, we are pleased with our carpet cleaning, except for a spot in our den...but, our grout cleaning was a disappointment, looks as if it wasn't cleaned at all...and we also paid to have it sealed, so now our concern is can we ever get the grout clean.

My couch & chair are cleaned & Kevin seemed competent, BUT my furniture has wand marks [Don't know a better way to describe them] all over it & I have an appointment with you to assess the result of the cleaning. In this instance, I am not happy as I have to have you come here again for something that should NOT have happened. Takes up more time on my day off
