Technician arrived at the beginning of the 3 hour window. He was polite and helpful. Floors looked much improved immediately to remove pet stains from carpet and grout.
I love that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals. I had my entire upstairs cleaned and the carpets we're bad and Zerorez was like "Not on my Watch".
as handicapped person I would like to be able to have the main part of my house cleaned but we are unable to move the furniture

Robert was the technician that cleaned my carpets. He was very nice & tried really hard to remove a stain in the living room, but unfortunately, the stain remains.
Then a few days later, I vacuumed both rooms which were cleaned. I was surprised by how much DIRT I got out of the carpets!!!
The bedroom was not as bad as the living room. I am talking about having to empty the vacuum bag several times, & I still got dirt. I thought your system was supposed to remove the dirt.
I never had this problem when I used Zerorez in Spokane, Washington.

I like the fact that the water is treated and brought from the factory. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the cleaning process.

I was skeptical that the stains on our carpet could be removed. We have fostered lots of puppies and Zerorez was a last hope before carpet replacement. Most of the spots were completely removed. The rest were pretty close to gone.

The carpets look like new and they stay that way! Other carpet cleaners did an average job and it needed it again within months. This is the only company I am interested in using! Their crew is friendly, professional and very respectful of my home!

Everyone on staff that I had any encounter with was very friendly and courteous. My carpets look great. With other companies I have used in the past my carpets stayed wet for a couple of days. With Zerorez my carpets were dry by the morning.

Best my carpet has looked! Other companies did not get as clean. Zerorez was flexible and able to work with my schedule and let me know of other services they do, tile cleaning, furniture, etc. Zerorez is now my go-to carpet cleaning from now on.
