Carpet looked and felt better. Didn't really understand the scotch guard stuff. Thought it was the type of carpet fiber treatment that was warrantied by the manufacturer for several years. I was told by zerorez that cleaning would nullify the stain resistance of my carpet. A written statement about his from your company would be appreciated. Differing opinions on this online.
