Good customer service.
Friendly, prompt and quick service. They took at least 10 years off the look of my carpet, making it look close to new. The daily stains for 8 years from the kids' juice cups, spills and dog drool are gone!

Clean carpets. Good workmanship, great employee.
Along some of the edges of the carpet in some spots the machine left strange marks that look like an animal was scratching the rug. Some of it rubs out but not all of it. Strange but not a huge deal.

Technician did not check to see if carpets were even dirty enough to be cleaned. There seems to be no change.
Area rugs were cleaned. But now that they got wet during the cleaning there seems to be a new odd smell.

HOW YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK AND RESPOND QUICKLY.
I had concerns with how my traffic areas turned out (showing dirt) on my 23 year old Berber carpet. I called and talked to Teddy, who was fantastic listening to my concerns and assuring me another technician would come out and hopefully take care of the problem.
Kevin came out right on schedule, assessed the problem and went right to work. To my amazement he was able to do his magic and totally wiped out my concerns. The carpet looks amazing. Teddy called me back as follow up and I couldn't be happier. Teddy and Kevin are definitely assets to your team. I will always use "ZEROREZ" and will recommend you highly. THANK YOU!!!!!

Fast drying; no residual soap; back-to-new looking carpet. Technician explained how he would be doing each step of the cleaning process. Very friendly. . .he even petted our dog.
