Tech did a great job very professional

The representative who came to our house was courtesy, professional and caring. I told him that I was a transplant patient and that I currently had pneumonia and needed to sit down while he talk"ed. He stopped in midsentence and said I am sorry you have pneumonia and I hope you get better soon". I was floored. No pun intended. Lol. Most businesses dont give a hoot about the customers. My furniture was professionally cleaned and looks much better. Thanks.

Friendly service but some stains came back after only a few days

The worker gave suggestions and was very thorough

The person was late. Took much longer than stated. Worked primarily in the dark, because he was so late and took so long. He was answering text messages and calls while "on the clock". Left us with very wet rugs and booties to wear. Did the worst job we have ever had done.

The hidden cost for services. The agent asked me a couple questions regarding my needs and then quoted $199. I agreed and the technician came and said an addition $60 and if I want another type of service it would be an addition $500. I was ready to kick the guy out of my place I was so upset. I needed the carpets cleaned because I was having people over the next day and didn't think I had enough time to book someone else. At the end of the day I paid $260 to get the carpets cleaned and was not 100% satisfied.

Agent was friendly, helpful and efficient. And our old worn carpet looked brand new after Zerorez was done.The tile looks fantastic as well.

The tech who came out was AWESOME!! I think my expectations were too high due to all the hype JohnJay and Rich give the company. Here we are a week later and the stains are coming up again and the carpet was a little crunchy after it was cleaned. The carpet looks much better, and I appreciate the time the Tech took to take care of my rooms and hallway. The stains are absolutely one hundred times lighter than they were before, but that I can still see them disappointed me a bit. Does it look better? Absolutely! !! I just had the wrong expectations based on all the hype I've heard. I figured for the price the cleaning would live up to the hype and in my opinion it didn't.
