The evening after our carpets were cleaned, I vacuumed our floors and filled the vacuum THREE times. Clearly, the carpets were not clean.

We have used Zerorez before so our decision to call again was easy. This time we had our sofa, chair and an area rug cleaned. The difference is, once again, amazing! I do find it necessary to express that it does make you take pause when the tech must manually enter my credit card information into his PERSONAL cell phone. I really did not find this acceptable is the biggest reason why my response above isn't a higher rating. Why do they not have a 'square' or other type of swipe? This seemed a bit unprofessional and an area of concern.

Did a good job on spots and stains. Was not very wet like other processes....dried quickly. Technician was knowledgable, explained the process, took care while working in my home.

Our carpets may be sanitized, but disappointed in a few areas where I thought it would lift stains? The tech said it was "wear"? The customer service was very nice and the tech was professional, but not impressed with the results for the cost.
My carpets are not much better than when the tech started. I had a couple of stains that he worked hard to get rid of, but at the same time he left behind spots on the carpet from areas that he had pre-treated. The endges of my carpet are still showing the dinge and discoloration of dirt and grime. I have used zerorez one other time, which I was very pleased with the service,product and technician. This tells me that the tech was terrible this time. Not sure that he even used the product on the carpets. I am very disappointed. I should have know when he called the second time stating he could not find my house, after the first phone call I gave him specific instructions on which roads and directions to take.
Excellent service
Well unfortunately, I was told it was supposed to be zerorez so when I walked around and felt crunchy carpet it seems as though there is definitely residue. Plus when I left he was spraying a soap of some sort on the carpets which means once again leaving a residue. He also told me he was going to vacuum it, after he had already washed it. every carpet cleaner I have ever used vacuumed first then cleaned. The carpets still looked matted and not freshened up at all. For the amount of money I paid, I was very displeased with the outcome. Would not use this service again.
Dried quickly and was pet safe
We were trying to clean our tile and grout with no success. A friend suggested zero Rez and so we scheduled them for our project. The crew that was sent to us did an incredible job.....our tile and grout look like brand new. As a bonus our house even has a fresh like new scent to it dine all the grout residue is finally gone. I highly recommend this company. I wish there was a higher grade to give the team.

1) equipment dragged over newly planted cactus
2)equipment leaning against newly painted walls
3) dripping water left on newly painted floor moulding
4) a 1400 sq ft house cost 627.00 to clean !! You get nickel and dimed to death !!!
5) a can of grout sealer costing $17.95 cost us $105.00 to spray around !! (unused can taken by Peter)
