Tile and carpet look great. Easy to schedule amd in a timely manner
They are natural
This first time I used Zerorez for my carpets and tile, it was amazing. This experience however is a bit different. There was a visible white film left on my tile which I had to rinse several times to clean up. White residue in the grout in certain spots in the kitchen had to be scrubbed out (this is after the grout was sealed too). I was just a bit disappointed that I had to do so much clean up to get the dull residue off of the tile. That said, my floors are still cleaner than before.
Tech came ahead of scheduled time and was very professional in every way. Did a great job.
