Tanner was a cool dude but my area rug didn't look different. I thought the lighter pieces of the rug would come out looking brighter but it really looked the same. I listen to 104.7 fm and always here Johnjay and Rich talking about how great you are so I thought I'd give you a try. We did use you for our old house that we have sold now and wasn't impressed either but I needed our rug cleaned so I thought about giving you all a try again. Not impressed, especially for the amount we paid 😡

Your guy who came out to do the cleaning did a great job, he was honest and fair, and worked hard to make sure the done correctly .The chemicals used seemed affective making our floor look great.

Technician was professional, friendly and shared lots of good tips and information. Our carpet is relatively new, no visible stains. My reason for the service was due to pet stains in one of the bedrooms and just general desire to sanitize and make sure everything was clean even though there were no major issues. Unfortunately, all of our carpet now smells bad, I'm not sure how this is possible but even after a day of airing things out with fans and all the windows open, our house smells awful. I'm not sure if the product or process itself caused this and really hoping it goes away, but wondering why we did this because our house is now worse off.

Our carpet looks awesome and the technician was professional and friendly. My young kids chatted his ear off and he was very patient and sweet with them!

Your service technician Joshua was very knowledgable about cleaning our tile and answered every question with confidence. He did an excellent job on our floors.

The cleaning was thorough and nicely done.

The stairs were cleaned but too much water was left. It took three days to dry. This did not happen last time we used Zerorez.

You are quick to respond and did a great job with the floors.

No residue. The product does not bleach the carpets.
