Most likely due to our tile and stained grout, the results were not as dramatic as I had hoped. However, our technician was kind and efficient, and the results were still noticable.

I still had some spots from my dog that didn't come out. They were from bully sticks thst left a little wax circle on the rug. I did pay extra for the pet cleaner. Otherwise the carpets were beautiful and felt fresh and clean.

It was very fast and the tech was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the process. He was extra early too which was unexpected compared to my previous experiences with your competitors and usually having to wait hours for them to show up. Will definitely use zerorez in the future.
