The last few services fell short of your normal standards of work. I don't know if your team has too many bookings or not, but they do seem to rush the jobs.
In case there isn't another place to write this. The job at 42424 N. Gavilan Peak Parkway, Unit 26212 was only fair at best. I've never seen the carpets so wet. He also marked up the walls with his hoses.

All of the commercials boast about how new stains will disappear and your carpets won't be crunchy like typical carpet cleaning solutions. My carpet is extremely crunchy and the surface spots are still there after I was told they would be no problem removing.
The tech arrived on time and was very friendly. He introduced himself and made the whole experience stress-free. Our tile floors and rug look amazing, I couldn't believe what a difference getting them cleaned would do. We also had our tech seal the grout since we didn't originally get them sealed after they were installed. We will definitely be looking forward to the next time we need Zerorez's services.

I Loved how the carpet looked afterwards , and it dried really fast.
I liked that there was no harsh chemical smell during or after the cleaning and that my carpet dried very quickly. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable about his abilities and the services provided. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

The empowered water does such a GREAT cleaning job & with no soapy residue. It's a more natural way of cleaning. It was a great experience (this is the third time I've had Zerorez clean for me) This time I had Zerorez clean my tile/grout, and it came out looking like new. Our tech, Pete, was on time, polite & professional.
