It dried quickly with no weird smells! The guy who came was polite and clean himself.
Personable and efficient people
The representative that came was polite and professional but smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. We were concerned the smell may linger in our home. He did his best and two of our three bedrooms looked okay. The third bedroom didn't look very well, but may have been cheap carpet and not possible to clean completely. But, he did the right thing and only charged us for the two rooms and none of us, including him, were satisfied with the third room. It did take a very long time after he was done and tried to treat it again before he finished. Most of the time he was trying to discuss the situation with a manager on the phone.
Environmental Friendly - no chemicals. Floors look so bright and clean afterwards.
I like that there wasn't a lot of hard selling. Some of the other companies push me to hard to spend more money when I just want them to clean what I originally asked for.
Excellent customer service
Friendly and honest staff. They were very clear on what to expect and made sure I was satisfied with the service before they left.
The results were substandard and we had an appointment scheduled for pictures of our home that we had to reschedule because you were not willing to rectify the situation in an expedient manner. I was refused the opportunity to speak to a manager and I have never received a call back from a manager. Poor problem resolution.

Very timely scheduling based on both ZeroRez and Customer convenience and availability. The quality of the service is outstanding. Extra effort was put into spot cleaning and Sandon did an excellent cleaning service throughout and also explained efforts.

You showed up on time and quickly got to work after going through the house to see what the rugs were like and how big the room was. He worked steadily and completed the job in no time. Told me how approximately long it would take for the rugs to dry.

The technician (Jeff) that came to our house was professional and personable. He went through everything upfront so no surprises. When I had some concerns about the Tile he was doing, he stopped and talked to me about it and showed me a few thing in regards to my questions. Once everything dried it looked great. It was a big job for one person yet he had a great attitude the entire time. Thanks again.
