Very unhappy that I was negotiating with the tech at my home at time of arrival . Second I had to call dispatch to get a ETA on the tech because the two hour window was running up and had plans for the evening. Third I was told one price and was specific to the amount of rooms and was not told hallways are not included which sounded sketchy. Just overall disappointed. Jarrod was my tech he did his best to make a horrible situation better because I was just about to send him on his way... agents when taking the phone calls need to be more specific to residents homes in the future

The process and product of Zerorez was AWESOME, the carpets came out great and we are very pleased about that, BUT the technician who arrived to our home that day was not very nice.
From the moment he stepped out of the van he acted like being here was a hassle. He did not introduce himself, so I have no idea what he name was. He didn't seem happy to be here at all, which really made the experience not so wonderful.

When he came inside, he said "you know I can't move furniture, so you will have to move it all" I told him I didn't ask him to, I told him I am aware that if we didn't have the furniture moved, you would clean the carpet around the couches. I physically am not able to move furniture due to 2 knee surgeries. I was good with the carpets cleaned around whatever furniture I have. That seemed to upset him, he didn't seem happy to clean around the furniture. I told him the representative I talked to on the phone said it was OK as long as I understood that he would clean around them, he just grunted.

When he finished which was about 1 hour later, he came outside and said he was done, and when I came in to complete the transaction, he said, "you know I only make 16% of the amount you pay the company, so if you get the survey, give me a ten so I can make 10 more dollars, because this company doesn't pay well at all, and basically said the company sucked."
I don't know about you, but I believe he made about $20 per hour, which is about 16% of the amount I paid, and that is not a bad hourly rate at all...but I didn't point this out to him since he was not a pleasant person to be around and I just wanted him gone from my house.
I hope you that you take this to heart, and as I said earlier, I really liked the "process" that Zerorez uses, the carpets were AWESOME, but your technician needs a little more customer service training, or he should leave his job if he is so miserable, which is the impression I got.
I would ABSOLUTELY use your company again, but if the same person came out, I would actually turn him away and ask for another technician.

You can develop an attachment that gets close to the cabinets when cleaning tile. Your machine couldn't clean the grout under the edge of my cabinets, so there is a 2 inch dirty spot around the whole edge of my kitchen and doesn't look very good.

I specifically asked for a certain technician you sent somebody else out I waited for quite some time to get the one I wanted. My couch was cleaned nicely but the floor is filthy and still has just exactly what had on there before. The technician was great but I feel like I wasted my money.
