Great job! My tile looks like new again. The technician was very professional, as well as thorough and on time. I will use Zerorez again, and I will recommend them to friends and family.
Robert my technician took the time and answered every one of my questions, he was very knowledgeable of the product and everything he offered me made sense. Usually I don’t add on spot treatments or stain protection but how he advised me of it’s benefits I was very confident that it was a worth while investment. Especially on my white sofas that he worked tirelessly on to remove every trace of my toddler from! I loved the concept of empowered water and I was even more impressed with the results. It’s hard to believe that it’s literally just water, I didn’t have to worry about chemicals and wether it was safe for my dog to lay on the carpet as it dried. Zero Rez is fantastic! I was on a time crunch and Robert delivered with time to spare!! I will call them for everything!! If your reading this and on the fence, just do it. You will not regret it!! Thank you Zero Rez for giving me my sofas back!!

Left the carpet with way to much moisture took more then 24hrs to dry. Last time it took 5-6.

My technician did a good job, but accidentally broke out a glass panel in a hutch. I have to contact a glazier to repair the damage. He said zerorez will cover the cost.

I liked the idea of cleaning my carpets with no soaps and chemicals. Not that I am against them as far as cleaning goes but traditional carpet cleaning has never been able to rinse the carpets well enough in a timely manner, and doing so would cause a great deal of drying time that it is just not feasible to do. Your solution to carpet cleaning is a much better alternative. I do wish however that I would be able to get an appointment closer than 1 month. I know this means you are very busy and everybody likes more business, but waiting such a long time was not convenient for me so I just put it off longer.
I wrote my comments on the front end as I did not see this. Please look for them but I will
repeat that you should have your workers wear masks.
