My technician worked extremely hard and was very picky about how my carpets and tile turned out. He actually went through each room a few times to make sure they were as good as I could get. I'm very happy with the results!

None of the stains were removed. I guess that's my fault. I was told by a friend of mine that zeroRez Would be able to get the carpets looking brand new. Not even close. The carpets still look terrible. It's not your fault. I just wish someone could have looked at the carpet and told me based on experience that these stains are not going anywhere.

Our carpets and chairs came clean, the tech was prompt and courteous and he explains Ned the various options. A wonderful experience.
I was disappointed in that when being told about sealant and the cost of it what took place to do it should've been also stated for the fact that I paid $70 to watch him spray sealant on my grout joints that took him maybe five minutes to do. not very happy with that outcome. Knowing what he was going to do I could of bought my own sealant and done it myself and saved $60.00.
I like the quality work done by knowledgeable technicians. Carpets and floors look great after Zerorez comes!
There were a couple of spots that I feel should have been cleaned enough so that they didn't show any more. Both were from food stains. Also I was told that I would receive my charge receipt via email and as of today I have not received it. The technician was very polite.

My original apt was 1-4 pm...the gentleman arrived at 1 pm and stayed until 8:30 pm!! My neighbor drove by and noticed he was out having a smoke break. I saw the floor the next morning and there was spots and foot marks all over the floor. I was very upset to have paid so much money and not have a clean looking floor. To me it also felt dirty because the marks were everywhere. Today I had a second gentleman come to fix the mistakes and he was very kind, polite and cleaned up the mess. I wish my floors would have been clean in a reasonable amount of time in the first place because we were delayed moving in to our house because of the first gentlemans length of time he was taking and having him leave dirty spots.
Zerorez - Always does a great job, never feel like we've got chemicals in our house and the reps are fantastic - friendly, helpful and always thorough with their jobs.
I used you once before and was very happy. Your process just makes sense,no residue left behind to attract the dirt. Works for me,quick and fast! I would and have recommend your company.
I was disappointed with the musty smell left behind in the carpeted areas. There was a large amount for dirty water residue left behind and up the sides of the toilet.
Fast .... made the whole process very convenient..... worked wonders for me .... and I'm very happy with my results

There was a problem area left after the carpet was cleaned the first time but your company was quick to fix the problem by sending out a technician to redo the problem areas. After the redo everything is great thanks for the prompt and efficient service.
