Robert was the technician that cleaned my carpets. He was very nice & tried really hard to remove a stain in the living room, but unfortunately, the stain remains.

Then a few days later, I vacuumed both rooms which were cleaned. I was surprised by how much DIRT I got out of the carpets!!!

The bedroom was not as bad as the living room. I am talking about having to empty the vacuum bag several times, & I still got dirt. I thought your system was supposed to remove the dirt.

I never had this problem when I used Zerorez in Spokane, Washington.

I was skeptical that the stains on our carpet could be removed. We have fostered lots of puppies and Zerorez was a last hope before carpet replacement. Most of the spots were completely removed. The rest were pretty close to gone.
