The carpet looks great.
used natural products, removed stains completely, technician was fast/friendly and especially loved the 2 hour window to wait for tech to arrive, was able to go on with the rest of my day and not be tied to the house waiting 4 to 6 hours

I've used you guys several times and have always been impressed with the service. However, my recent experience which I paid an extra $50 to take care of a 6 inch by 10 inch corner with a cat urine smell still smells and the carpet is as hard as a rock where it was treated. Not impressed.

I've been using Zerorez for four years now and I like the way my 13 year old carpets look almost brand new without any stiffness and no chemical smell after the technicians have finished cleaning them. The teams that have come to my house are always prompt. professional, courteous, and careful. The price is reasonable although I did think that $320 for a 6 cushion sectional was a little high. The carpets and the sectional were completely dry by the next morning which I liked. I've had other carpet cleaners where it took almost 3 days to get the carpets completely dry. Zerorez is a great company.

The tech was very friendly and showed he cared about doing a good job. In talking to him, it sounds like Zeroez takes care of it's people which I appreciate. The carpets looked great after, all and all it was a job well done.
