Our carpets came out looking great and dried in under 8 hours. Jeff was a great and friendly tech and did an excellent thorough job.
The clean was good, but It was just too expensive. It was $240 to do a sectional?!? want to add steps to your clean? That's another $75. You get the idea.
So good at removing difficult spots.

I was quoted one price when booking my appointment, which I was pleased with. I have used your service before so I was sure to mention the EXACT number of bedrooms, halls. and living spaces. Once the service person arrived, I was told there was more area than I was quoted for. My bell went up
over $200. I was not pleased.

I was truly pleased with the initial look of the carpet. However, the claim that the cleaned areas would repel dirt/stains do not appear to be living up to that promise. Furthermore, I appreciate the ability to pay with a check; but, going forward, please make every effort to deposit and clear the check as soon as you can. (It took over a week.) Thanks for the opportunity to share.
