Carpet still smelled like the old residents and the price changed drastically when the technician came and for over 700 dollars I would have just rented a rug doctor for the smelly but clean carpet for cheaper
To have a area treated for pet urine was 25 dollars for a 3×3 inch area was disappointing.

I really appreciate the fact that you can clean a carpet so thoroughly without using any chemicals!! My carpets are clean and still soft! No stains and no stiffness from chemicals left behind.
Our technician was very friendly and courteous, he explained how the "special" water worked and I bought some. I was also able to get an appointment in a timely manner.
I am not sure if you disappointed me or not, but I was not happy with the living room rug. I am going to try to improve upon it myself. The carpet is only 3 years old, I will also be contacting the carpet people to see what they say. Again, I'm not sure it's anyones fault I'm just going to see if I can get it better.

not disappointed....your employee was courteous, professional and efficient. carpet is clean and soft, as advertised. not liking how wet the carpet was, the long drying time and the "environmental" fee (seriously?) also, the 'seam' where two pieces of carpet are joined is very visible now. might recommend to friends, with an explanation of my experience.

I don't think expectations were set appropriately when I set up my appointment by phone. I was only told when the employee had arrived at my home that the high traffic areas were most likely not going to improve with the cleaning.
I love the fact that the carpet is not sticky and they dry real fast. I will continue to use Zerorez. The technician was very professional and took his time to complete the entire job.

I have always had great results in the past however the stain in the carpet by the kitchen counter did not come very clean and I was disappointed in that. You have usually taken care of stains in the past for me.
