The products work very well. Service The tech was efficient, cordial, organized and did the job in a timely manner.

Your technician Kevin Randolph was wonderful. He took the time to explain the services and when he showed me how much dirt was extracted from one spot I was amazed. When he finished the carpets were so clean, they almost look like new. And to think, I had my carpets cleaned just a month prior...Thank you very much Kevin.

While your tech told us that the pet stains we paid extra to have pre-treated may come back (and make us sign an acknowledgement), I really didn't think they would come back within a couple days and be even worse than before your service.
The balance of the cleaning was great but frankly, you shouldn't even offer spotting services and charge that kind of money for it. The fact that we had to sign off now makes sense. You knew this happened more often than not. And for that I was hard pressed to even rate you a 5. I did, however, recommend your company to a neighbor with the caveat that they should be warned about the spotting services and only us ZEROREZ if they had no spots.
The guy that came out was friendly, but I feel he didn't do a thorough job. I own a rug doctor and have gotten my carpets cleaner in the areas he worked on. I was moving out and focusing on minor repairs and cleaning and didn't have the time to use my home machine or I would have. I feel like it was a waste of my money that day. I do know that your services have been amazing in the past because I have friends and family that have had their carpets cleaned also. I'm not sure if it was his lack of experience ( he said he was newer) or not.

There is no chemical smell when you go into the room. My technician was very friendly and did an amazing job cleaning the sectional couch.

I requested carpet AND tile cleaning for my appointment. My husband didn't realize and the technician left after only cleaning the carpet. My husband then called the tech to have him return for tile cleaning, the technician said he would have to check with the office and call back. We never received a return phone call. When I later went to view the job, once again the carpet did not appear clean and was extremely 'stiff to the touch, check your records, same complaint a few months ago!! Shame on me for giving you guys another chance. I have since had the carpet recleaned by another company and it turned out great, soft, like it should be. Oh they charged $164 vs your $293 for same area!!
I love the fact that Zerorez does not use any harsh chemicals. There has never been a stain on my carpets that they have not been able to get out. I also use the Empower solution in my hand-held spotbot for quick cleanups after my dogs in between carpet cleanings, and it works great! The technicians who come to my home are always so nice and polite and so ready and willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done well. My carpets always look beautiful after every cleaning! I love Zerorez and will NEVER use any other carpet cleaning service!!! :D
