My carpets receive heavy traffic and Zerorez has consistently gotten them clean. The technician John was professional, friendly and thorough. I needed to add an additional room and he appeared happy to take care of it even if it added to his day.

I'm embarrassed how long it'd been since I'd last had my carpets cleaned... 4 years with 2 kids and 2 dogs!!! Zerorez did an impressive job. The carpets look and feel very clean. I will definitely recommend and use again.
Your serviceman Tanner was very professional, friendly and efficient. He completed everything I asked him to do. However, I do have a question. The day after the service , my floors were beautiful. I was surprised at how much better they looked. The next day, tho the troubled spots in my kitchen by the sink and refrigerator are turning dark gain. Still much better than before, but not like they were the first day. IS there more that can be done?
