I feel that you have done a very good job at cleaning and have in the past noticed that some repairs needed to be done where the carpet had been seamed together on installation. I had noticed one place, but your agent pointed out another place that was more urgent. I did have the repair made, and was glad to have had it pointed out to me. I also feel that your products seem to last quite a while.

I have heard about zerorez on the radio for a long time, so when I decided to get my home cleaned, they were my first choice. The customer service side of the business is excellent. They always returned my calls and even called me proactively rather than waiting for me to call first. The technician, Jeff K., arrived at my home on time and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the product and company. He offered thoughtful insights on what would be the best services for my family and situation. I don't feel like he pressured me into any unnecessary upgrades. What was shocking was how dirty are floors were and I didn't even know it! We've only lived in our home for 18 months and we don't even wear shoes in the house, but I saw a big difference! Thank you!!!
excess water in other rooms not wiped up
bathroom tile that was cleaned has several pools of water sitting which tell me that this area was not sealed

I could of swore my quote over the phone included scotchgard but was charged an extra $75 for it. Also, the gentleman told me my master bedroom should be more because it was a larger room. I told him no one ever asked me how large the rooms were so he said he wouldn't charge me more. You guys do a good job of cleaning but I felt like there were too many hidden costs.
