The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and very thorough. I have used your company for many years and will continue to do so.
The carpet was wet and it took over 10 hours to dry. I wished you can come up with a solution that the carpets doesn't have to take so long to dry.

The service man was awesome! a 10 rating. The cleaning exceptional. Except for the one room where I knew i had a pet problem. I would give him a 10 for honesty and effort. But the pet urine odor is still there. it did decrease by 50% though. I think I need him to come back. If I didn't have pets, I would give you a 10 out of 10 rating all around. But once again, I was warned about the difficulties. The cost of using the pet odor remover would be more than it would cost to replace the carpet. If your prices were lower for the repeat treatment, I would try again.

Honest about rates...using a flat rate instead of al the add ons
They were able to provide me with a 2 hour window and called me at the beginning of that window to let me know when they would be there. The whole process took just over an hour and I was very pleased with the results. The technician was very professional and friendly.
The technician, Randall, worked constantly, carefully, and hard, cleaning my carpets; they are SO much cleaner. He used the Brush Pro and I think my carpets are the cleanest and stand up higher than they have for a long time. I am very pleased. I will request Randall Phillips again :-)

Andrew was phenomenal! He paid very particular attention to a couple of grease spots from my recliner sofa when it had a mechanical breakdown. I had cream-colored carpet but now it is very WHITE again! All thanks to Andrew! Thanks ZEROREZ for keeping this guy happy with your company!
