When reading your advertisement you make it seem like you do something spectacularly different than your competitors and that is not the case! I paid a whole lot more for the same service that I would have received from another company. My floors stayed wet for hours after the service as your rep informed, which was disappointing as other carpet cleaning services did the same thing.
I just expected something better for the amount of money that I paid and the hype that you advertised.
Two workers. On time, fast and efficient. $229.00 for five rooms (Priced right).
I will definitely use them again.
The technicians are professional and friendly. My carpets and tile look almost brand new after 3 kids and 8 yrs of use. And there's no soap residue left behind.
By never informing us what your 3 rooms for $129 entailed. We were told by your tech that one of our rooms would be considered two rooms instead of one and that the price would be double. For one more room? Are you kidding. So we knocked off one room and was charged $218. They were done in less than one hour. The carpet was very stiff afterwards. I will never use this service again. I had two neighbors that were going to use you but not after we told them what happened to us. We were going to do our upstairs later with your company, but not now. We have since talked to a lot of people on our NW valley blog site and many have had the same experience as us. You have a bad reputation in this part of town where they are many high end houses.

Very professional and thorough. Everything was explained to me on what was going to be done. The service tech did a section of the floors/grout and showed me the difference before finishing. He did the same with the carpet. Very, very pleased with the outcome and service.

Very professional I've been having carpet cleaned for years, and this was the first time I've seen protectors used to protect the corners of the walls, so the hose can't damage them.

A friend recommended Zerorez to me over a year ago. ! And I am so glad I followed through! Crews have been out here several times, and each time, they have been friendly, professional, and most importantly - wholly effective in cleaning my carpets. They have never looked so good - and all at a pretty reasonable cost. I've never felt better about spreading the word....

I like how clean my carpet is when the service is done. Your tech Dillon did an excellent job, he was very informative, friendly, and worked fast!
I was disappointed in every way possible. The spots are coming back and some look like they were never touched, the service man left me with small tables and chairs all over the hallway and kitchen, there were extra charges that I had no knowledge of and didn't think they should be there. There were no small booties to wear over shoes like other companies give. I am 90 years old and walk with a walker and I think the service man should have put the small pieces of furniture back since I couldn't do it. My husband is in a wheelchair and those tables and chairs were left in the way of wheeling him anywhere in the house. Your serviceman is not a good representative of your company.
Finally, in almost 70 years of running a household and doing business with firms, I have never had to pay a bill before I could see it and go over the charges. This is no way to conduct a business. I paid extra money to hire your firm and I am sorry I did and I will not recommend your company to anyone --- quite the opposite, I will warn them against hiring you.

I was able to have a tech come out same day. The tech was awesome. As always, I was completely satisfied the carpets look amazing. The technician was on time which was awesome because we were on a time constraint. Thank you
The people I dealt with were very cheerful and helpful. They were willing to do what they could to make sure I was satisfied. They kept me well informed from the time I made an appointment to the phone they gave me to let me know the technician was on his way.
The products are environmentally friendly and work very well. The technicians have always been very courteous and professional.
