I liked how clean carp 1st was, but I came back home and the carpets smelled really bad. Did not like that had yo air out entire house.
I've used Zerorez the last 3 times I've had my carpets cleaned and have been very pleased each time. I have definitely recommended them to friends. The technicians do a very good and thorough job, and I like the idea of not having harmful chemicals used in my home.
Dries Fast and friendly people
I am a returning customer and this is the 1st time I am not satisfied with the results. I paid $411 which is a lot to me. There were black balls of fuzz and something I don't even know left behind after he finished and we have no pets and are blonde. Left also a striped appearance to carpet after dry. Looks like dirty equipments or something dirty was used. I would like speak with someone regarding this please.
