Friendly and professional staff. Great workmanship! Very pleased.
The high traffic areas still aren't very clean and after only 2 weeks (with no shoes on in the house) those few areas are already not looking clean. Completely disappointed for the amount of money I paid. I have paid far less in the past and got better results.

Various sensitivities to chems make me particularly appreciative of your process for cleaning carpets and other surfaces. Your employee, Robert, did a particularly good job on our older carpet, working hard on stains with your empowered water, since I cannot tolerate the citrus pretreat product. He did a fine job, and should be commended for it, especially in the very hot weather of late. Thanks again, and please thank Robert for me and my husband.

Trey Rogers is the best tech you have and he did the best job anyone of your techs have every done for me. You really need to put as a trainer of your tech he has the skills of a manager and I would know because I trained sales people for Zellerbach Papper Company in the early 1980's and I owned my company and hired sales people as well as managing the company for over eighteen years, so I know a great sales person. Trey is friendly, very knowledge of services and products. He gets 100 plus points in all things. You have a winner working for you don't let him go and he really deserves a raise.

Expensive for the amount of time spent
Very professional. Appointment time was spot on which is helpful for busy people. Carpets looked like New which is exactly what everyone hopes for.
My technician was great, I'd recommend him to anyone based on his knowledge and customer service . Extra add on pricing is outrageous and was overpriced. Being in the property management business i know there is no need to upsale that way with those prices. His hands were tied I'm sure unless your techs are paid commissions on those and they determine them once they arrive?
This was just my second time using your services...but I have had 36 years of experience with other companies and yours is the best, bar none. Cleans carpets making them look brand new, dry time is minimal, no harsh odors. Love it!

Customer service was great and price reasonable
First, I would like to say the customer service was wonderful. He took his time letting us first talk about what we wanted and the areas that were important. He then described what he would be doing to the floors. The service was great and all of it took only an hour. The products work very well. I was really worried the floor was to stained but to my surprise the floors look almost brand new.
I love how you guys didn't change your prince quote you originally have me. That there was no hidden fees. My carpet that was stain with water damage is all gone and the carpets look brand new. I like how you called 15 mins before showing up and reminding me about my appointment. The technican was very professional and polite. I would use you guys again.
