I'm sold on the concept of "empowered water" and I like the fact that the carpet doesn't feel crunchy once it's dry.
No chemicals
No soap is used and the carpet and upholstery come clean as new. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone as the best company for cleaning carpet.

Zerorez removed stains that other companies in the past said were impossible to remove because they were too ground into the carpet. The gentlemen who came to my house were energetic and polite. It was like having a friend come over. I will never use another company.

We had a very good experience. Our technician Randall, was on time, very professional, and
performed a great service, he first lifted the pile of my carpets with a big brush, then treated any spots I had, then used the wash and extraction machine. He then applied scotch guard, of course at an additional charge. We also bought a large bottle of the special water, for addional house cleaning. No other cleaning company ever used the pile lifting machine, very impressed.
I will request Randall for my future cleaning jobs, and will recommend ZEROREZ, to friends and family. My best cleaning job ever.

I have used Zerorez several times and this time my carpets came out average, with a few lingering spots and the stairs really did not come out that well...
Use a scrubber and stain remover for getting stains out of grout before you use the applicator. I would pay extra for it and it would do a better job.
The rep was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Your people are efficient and careful. They come when they are supposed to and do a good job. I will certainly call again when I need more carpet cleaning.

Their is still a green stain in the carpet. The tech was a great guy and he tried to get it out, but it came back after drying. He was sure it would be out but it's not. Just disappointed in the turn-out.
