I was very happy with Kyle my technician. He was very pleasant and thorough with his cleaning. I was thrilled with the results! My carpets looked so clean and none of the spots have returned. I will definitely use zerorez again!
Fast less moisture left in the carpet. No cmeaning agent smell
It was two expensive, 2 hours for 400 dollars and then they wanted more money to better remove stains and remove odor.
Would have expected more for the money, they should have done a great job for that money and got rid of my stains.
carpets were cleaned well, and the tech did a great job but i was never emailed an invoice, and never got any kind of receipt for my payment i understand everyone is doing this electronically these day, but i need a printable receipt for my tax records

Bryan was very clear with us in what he was going to do and explaining the pricing. He also listened to what we had to say and was able to remember it. He was very thorough with the cleaning and was working very hard.

It was a great experience from the very beginning. All the way from setting up the appointment on the website, arriving on time, explaining the sevice and doing an excellent job. The quality of service and results were AMAZING!!!! I didn't think the carpet would ever come clean but the technician did an outstanding job working the stains out of the carpet. The whole process was very easy from the start. They kept me informed the day of service as to the technician arrival time and made sure that I understood all that was going to take place throughout the process.
Great service dispatcher kept in contact for the week leading up to our appointment. Our service man was very polite and requested we check his work as the job progressed. Well worth the value!

Overall I had a decent experience with Zerorez. We were listing our house to sell several days after the tile and carpet were cleaned and there were many spots on the tile that were still visible in the light...water marks, footprints immediately after, etc. I had hoped the tile would have been cleaned a little more thoroughly.

Tech was extremely nice. ButThe last time you guys came out. You didn't spray some chemical before cleaning like you did this time. I don't like the crunching of my carpet. So I feel it's not clean.
My name is Anne Last name removed. We had our carpet and one sofa cleaned on Friday of last week.
First, the carpets were cleaned well by the gentleman of zerorez. When it came to cleaning our sofa, he became unglued when I asked him to over some sections of the sofa. The lighting reveiled spots that he missed. There were many more missed spots but due to his impatience and disregard to my request to redo spots - I walked away. I shared with him my disappointment and though he requested to redo the sofa again; I did not want him to because by then he had made his inconvenience know.
I would like to request that another zerorez representative come and redo my sofa, please.
I did let me know that for $80 without the sofa seats that I did not feel my money was worth the job he performed on my sofa.
