The technician was nice and answered my questions and did a good job overall. But at the end he went out to the truck and sat down in the air conditioned vehicle. He was filling out some forms or texting. I don't know what he was doing. But he left the large and small hoses in the door way with the door partially opened. It was 114 degrees and my ac was running with the door open while he sits in the truck. The job was complete. He should have removed the hoses from the house and closed the door. I had to remove the hoses and close the door to start the house cooling down again after the door was open for the cleaning. It was careless and unprofessional of the tech to not close up the house after completing the job especially on a hot summer afternoon. What to do to make it right? Nothing really. But a free tile cleaning for the house would be nice.
You did not get the urine smell out of the carpet in the front room
The product worked great on my floors and I am glad its kid and pet friendly. The technician was awesome and did a good job explaining everything and answering all my questions
I had my ceramic tiles and grout and a sofa and loveseat cleaned. When the technician was completed, I told him the grout still looked the same as it did prior to the cleaning. He informed me that it was just wet and needed to dry. He also said my tiles were in very good conditions and he tested the floor with a towel and it was in fact clean. I waited to 4 hours before going into my kitchen which was the high traffic area and the grout did not look any different once dry. I felt like I wasted that portion of the service. I will use the home remedy of baking soda and vinegar to clean my grout this weekend.

Teddy did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets! He paid a lot of attention to our "traffic areas", and was very thorough. He spent a lot of time making sure we were happy with the cleaning. He was also such a pleasant, nice young man! He also cleaned the floors next to the carpet, when he was finished.

Was extremely happy. My almost 20 year old carpet looked like new. The guy got stains no one else was able to remove. The carpet was full of soap from Stanley Steamer so all dirt collected on the rug! Amazed. The guy who came was knowledgeable, polite, and took care of everything very well! No harsh chemicals
my wife has multiple chemical sensitivity and after the carpets were cleaned they only bugged her for a few days. I used other carpet cleaning services in the past and the out come was not good. she was sick for weeks.

My experience with Zerorez could not have been any easier. The tech, Steve, was running ahead of schedule and called to see if I was available for him to arrive early which was courteous. Steve was so friendly, very knowledgeable, and of course did an amazing job. The price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone and he even touched up a few additional spots for me. The carpet looked as good as new and was done in about an hour and a half. I will never not use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning needs.

Carpet feels cleaner than the ones who use chemicals. Carpet is dry quickly. I had my tile cleaned for the first time and it was amazing!
